I was gifted a P3150 all in one printer. It is a piece of junk in one word. The card reader reads the card sometimes and most of the times it can not recognise the card. The scanner is of inferior quality. The print quality is good but you have to manually feed each paper! The copier is so so. The worst part is to get a new cartridge.
None of the local shops stock Lexmark and if you ask for the Lexmark brand the dealers view you as if you have just landed from Mars! Most of the dealers told me why the hell I ever bought a Lexmark! I purchased the cartridge and then the printer conked. I called the helpline and they dispatched a mechanic to my house. This guy could not repair it and went away to get some missing part.
He has disappeared in the sunset! Repeated calls to the helpline are of no use. I lodged an online complaint and the response to that is typical, " we will revert back to you in 2 working days". For last 3 weeks the 2 days are not over! I switched back to my old HP which thankfully I had not trashed after receiving this "gift"! Never ever buy this piece of junk or worst "gift" it to someone!
