This is the worst phone ive ever used.it got hang just in 7 days of purchase.
My LeTv 1s display got broken. As it is a physical damage, it will not comes under warranty. Letv customer support person told that I need to Pay 4K+ tax, they will issue a new mobile(I have mail for the same). After that I made payment on 17th JUN.
Till now I didnt receive new mobile. I sent multiple mails to customer care, no reply from their side. When I contact Service center, they asked me to check with LeTv customer care.
Today I called Letv customer care to know about the current status. They are simply saying " Your Mobile will be repaired with in a week"(No Replacement).
In my opinion, Spending 5K for repairing the 10K mobile is waste of money. Instead of that, we can buy a good MI mobile.
Now I have requested them to refund my money and waiting for their update. Lets see.
Please think twice before buying Mobile from this cheaters .
Design is good. But a bit looks alike iPhone
Body is metal one
A 5.5 inch display with gorilla glass
Le membership is offered for free
Software is not good
Not at all looks like Android
Better to not buy
I returned it to flipkart so I refunded my money instead of replacement
Price is low so that customers get attracted but a bit slow phone.i suggest all to not buy it.but if u r looking for budget phone u can buy it.
