I recently purchased an HP laptop to gift it to my dad on his retirement. I live in Mumbai and wanted to send this to a small town near Panaji, Goa. It was already thursday and I wanted to get this delivered by Saturday, since his retirement celebration was on Sunday. checked on other websites, they were saying minimum 4 to 5 days. Requested letsshop.in guys if they can deliver by Saturday as it was already 4 PM, they upfront told me that they will try for Saturday but Monday for sure it will get delivered.
It was still OK considering, I wont be too late. So I placed the order.(I must mention here, initially after reading all these negative reviews I was bit scared, but I still took my chances). There customer service team immediately confirmed the order, also gift wrapped it free of cost and immediately dispatched the product(within 1 hour of placing the order) and to my surprise it was delivered right on time on at 6 PM on Saturday(in 48 hours). That made my day, I am truly delighted with their service.

Not sure about others, but to me they not only fulfilled their promise, but also saved me on this big occasion.
