Last month I had applied for mobile for which I was charged 999 Rs as processing fee. And I was told that if the loan is approved my order will be processed.
After 10 days I received message saying that loan is not approved so my order can not be processed and I was told that the process fee (999) will be returned to my account.
It is still due from your end.
Kindly return the processing fee to my account.
