I was browsing through the site to buy a camera and it was nice and thought of ordering as they had a discount offer and in the meantime I contacted sony whether the product is under warranty.
I got a reply from Sony that they do not cover warranty for online purchases. I forwarded the mail to letsbuy cc team and there was no revert, later I contacted their customer service where someone told that there is warranty, I mentioned that I had sent the mail which I received from Sony. This guy told me not to buy till their team reverts after checking mail but there had been no revert even after 24 hrs.
These guys should improve on their customer service a lot.
