This my second and most likely last purchase from Letsbuy.com. After excellent service from sites like Flipkart, the only reason I choose Letsbuy was because the product I was looking for, was out of stock in Flipkart. I hesitated before actually buying but I am someone who firmly believes in giving a second chance.


In my previous purchase my product reached me after 3 weeks and that too after a number of calls and mails from my side. This time around I purchased a phone worth 21K on Jan 25th with a guarantee of a 2-4 day delivery but as expected they have made a mess of the whole delivery. Order still shows IN PROCESS. Worse still is that my mails go unanswered.

To everyone out there who plans to buy something from letsbuy.com, I suggest you buy from some other online retail chain.
