Defective product topped up with horrible customer support
I had recently switched over to letsbuy for my online purchases, but that didnt last long.The product [BSA baby Pram] I received was defective, didnt have the wheel locks.It took me a week to realize it as my baby almost fell off the pram because of this.
Ever since I have been trying to get this fixed from letsbuy, but their customer service is the worst I have seen among e-commerce shops.The phone service is not of any help and always redirect to email support and Email support writes to you once in 2 weeks or as they please. Almost 2 months since I bought it and still unusable.NOT RECOMMENDED till the customer support gets their act together.
I am going to the consumer forum if their so called 45 day replacement guarantee fails to replace the product.
