I placed order for 3D TV and since its not shipped even after promised date I cancelled the order on 8 Oct. The main reason being the false information by their customer care people. One guy said the TV will be sent through a local merchant so no need to worry. Another idiot said it will be sent directly from the manufacturer so nothing to worry and finally the third guy says it will ship from Delhi and will be sent by road. I placed order just because I was told that the item will be sent via local merchant. Upon calling to know the status after few days the other two versions were told. I got frustrated and cancelled.


Felt happy that I cancelled it and forgot about that completely. Yesterday all of a sudden I got shocked to see that my credit card is charged on 21 Oct that is 13 days after I cancelled the order.


What the hell you guys are doing there? Dont you have responsibility to refund the money when the order is cancelled? You will promptly revert the cashback points when an order is cancelled but why not the money you deducted from us?


The customer care people are worthless and doesn't have any knowledge of what is happening in their company. One lady replied to my concern like this:

Don't they have least knowledge that credit card company charges late payment fee and penalty for not paying the credit card bill on time?


If you are so happy and if you are worried you don't have any trouble in your life and if you are bored with the peace of mind that you are enjoying, go to letsbuy site and buy some product. Automatically you will get a solution (instantly)....


The worst part is if you write to CC asking for any product details you will get reply within hours but when you ask about product shipping or refund related issues (after you place order), you have to write several emails out of which they will pick one when they are free and they give you a standard reply that a separate team is assigned to work on that and they will take care of it. Bullshiit


(I requested my friend to post this as he has the MS id).. LETSBUY guys if you are reading this revert my money immediately before the due date. The due date is 5th Nov. If you are not doing this, you will see this complaint on every site including facebook and complaint sites. ORDER # LSB-432664
