My experience with letsbuy was turned from a little sour (first impression) to the sweetest by their customer service. Had ordered a few items from letsbuy and expected the 7 day delivery as they claim.
Got a bit annoyed after the promised delivery was delayed and got back to the customer service. Wasn't expecting any quicker response just like most of the online shopping portals who usually respond mostly in 24 hours, but to my surprise my concern was handled brilliantly by the service and operations and I had a reply within few minutes in written also accompanied by more than one calls assuring me of the order delivery.
My orders were delivered nicely packed with warranty cards/slips within the given timelines as assured to me on the phone with an apology for delay.
I would agree there were initial hiccups in my experience with the portal but if the customer service is as great as theirs, I would never miss a chance to shop with them.
To all the people who have frowned in previous reviews, I would just suggest to get in touch with their customer service if their is a concern you wish to raise and then make an opinion about the portal. Many thanks to all the people behind this portal for doing a great job in keeping your customers satisfied.

Rohit UPDATE : 05-Apr-2011 Since my last review I have ordered three more items from the portal and I am loving every bit of it.
I have now purchased both high value items and low cost items and can surely confirm that the portal has come from better to the best. Have received the deliveries in 2 days, perfectly packed and parceled.
I have now become a big big fan of this portal and looking forward to a lot more shopping with Letsbuy. All my best wishes and thanks to a brilliant staff who is both efficient and courteous.
I would rate this portal on top in any list of online shopping.
