I purchased a LED 3D TV LG 42LW5700 from lets buy.Read reviews about the service that not a good site to buy expensive items, their service and customer care is poor, but ignored the views and opinions of all of them hoping to be proved wrong and still made the payment , bought one falling into the trap of discount , paid a bit less but lost a lot more.(my peace of mind).received a led .but that refused to detect the USB drives , mobiles digital cameras.in short its usb slots were not willing to detect anything, called up the service engineer from LG thinking I may not be the best person to pass a final judgement on its lack of ability on that front.THE service engineer also agreed that there is a fault in the LED and moreover the LED"S video card is also faulty .I was stunned and shocked, my worst fears on letsbuy have come true.I immediately called up the customer care of letsbuy , told the problem and asked them to replace the led.They said I will be getting a call from them in 24 hours and my faulty product will be replaced swiftly.I waited waited waited , noone called up.I again called up , told the problem.now this great fellow tells me that its 24-48 working hours.I asked him why you people say different things and sing different tunes on the same issue and mislead the customer.Now, i am having my flight next week, I am stuck, my parents are aged, live here.have ordered the LED for them as a diwali gift.Instead of diwali gift , it has become a headache, call customer care, request them.but hear a crammed reply .Before you have made the payment they will be very polite, assuring you of their service and prompt redressal of your after sales complaints if any. But once you make the payment they treat you as if they wanted you as their customer for just one time and show a devil may care attitude.YOU keep on writing emails, they wont reply.I would request the CEO of letsbuy and his team to please be concerned about people who repose faith in your site and order products online to have convenience of purchasing products without rushing in the markets.


STILL HOPING THEY WILL SOON REDRESS MY COMPLAINT AND REPLACE THE FAULTY LED THEY HAVE SUPPLIED.

hi, its 12nov, I have achieved nothing calling these great people many times and requesting them as I have never done it before, it appears as if it is a govt run deptt.with a few fat fat people sitting on their relaxing chairs who have taken a vow not to heed to anyone nor do anything on ground to resolve the problems but just give a crammed reply of 24-48 hours whenever you manage to talk to them.

.if you are bored with a fat wallet ., got nothing to do ,


.have"been there done that atitude" bored to your bones then pick up a challenge try online shopping with letsbuy ...even government departments are more efficient.i promise you will have a challenge with insomnia for atleast a month.Its 24 days and letsbuy is going strong not willing to part with anything the LED or my money in their pocket .a conglomerate  of shameless handpicked gang who rob u both of mental peace as well as ur money.

AT LAST ITS CEASE FIRE WITH LETSBUY.PEACE WITH EVERYONE.I HAVE RECEIVED MY LED, ITS WORKING OK.WAS ACOMPLETE SEALED PRODUCT.Still it was not too good a experience.i hope they do better with others.
