Ordered an accessory on 18 May(order number SB-1062910). They sent a mail that the product would be delivered in 3-4 days. Heard nothing from them. On 24 May I called at 11.30 Am and a rude lady from the call center named Ankita told me that the item cannot be shipped to me. No reason given as to why this was not informed to me in the last 7 days. No apologies. Worse I was not put through to any officer of Letsbuy.com. They also refused to give the contact number.
Can you imagine your plight if you have a problem with your product and you need to escalate to a company official?
Don't order here at all.
