Bought a cordless phone which was delivered next day. Its was not working when I installed it. Called up cust care who asked me to send a mail. After waiting for 2 days for mail reply, I called up customer care again and was asked to contact service center of the manufacturer of the phone.
I asked what does 45 days replacement warranty say for dead on arrival products?
They asked me to read Terms & conditions.
They simply denied to do the replacement and asked me to contact phone's service center.
After 3 days I got mail reply which said same.
Now I am trying to contact service center only, the only resort as if now. But not going to buy anything from Letsbuy.com atleast.
ADVISE NOT TO SHOP FROM LETSBUY.COM.
