Mini review(stuff you should know)-


Packing quality- Excellent


Timeliness of delivery- Worst


Product as described- Yes


Receipt/Warranty card- Yes


Customer care- Very well-behaved/respectful but almost useless.


Logistics/Shipping department- The main culprits. They have no idea if your good was shipped or whats your docket number is. Product page is updated after 2 or 3 days. I got my'Tracking number' a day after my product had arrived!


Overall- Not a fake site. Prices are good, product quality is good, customer care is nice but they Definitely need to improve their logistics department.


Long review-


15 august to 29 August


When no shipping info was provided after 4 days I called them and was told that I need to send an ATM mini statement and ID proof. Why on the earth they didnt tell me that for 4 days? They have my phone number and email id. Oh and by the way not only they didn't tell me but whole time their site was showing my payment as confirmed!  Anyway, I emailed them docs same day and payment was cleared next day.


So my payment was cleared and  I thought I will receive it in 3-5 days but they didnt ship it for one whole week! I even called and asked them and they assured me that my order was escalated to High priority but still they took a week.


So 7 days after clearing and receiving payment(which again was 5 day after placing order) Order tracking number was provided but doesnt work so courier cant be tracked. It took me 5 days and 6 calls to convince customer care that they may have provided me with wrong courier tracking number. Yes for 5 days they kept telling me that courier company may not have updated its database! Even then they didnt do a damn thing but told me that my problem will be resolved soon. They say that every damn day.


30-August To 9 September


After yet another week they told me that good was not shipped as DTDC courier doesn't cover my city. What the .? I have a DTDC branch roughly one kilometer from my home and just a month ago I received my order from E-Bay(which took total of 6 days for placing, processing and to deliver) through DTDC! I Even offered them the contact number of DTDC branch but LETSBUY wont listen and insisted I give them a new address. So I have given them a new address on 6-sep and they claim that they have re-shipped my order on 9-Sep. Lets see how this one goes.


9 Sep- 13 Sep


Now they cant find my docket number. They tell me my product was reshipped on 9-Sep but they cant find docket number. I am promised the docket number by 12-Sep. Today again they told me to wait 24 hours for update. Docket was provided on 13th and I got the product same day.
