I am located at Bangalore and this is the second time i'm relying on the services of LetsBuy. For the first time I ordered a food processor in November, which the LetsBuy team delivered at my doorstep withing 3 working days. Truly appreciated. It was a factory sealed item and they packed it in an awesome manner. Being satisfied with the services, I again took a chance and ordered from letsbuy (in spite of negative reviews from MouthShut_Official!!!). I've not received the order delivery within the promised time.The order id is LSB-744451 and the expected time of delivery was no late than Thursday, 29th Dec 2011. Moreover there is no communication from LetsBuy team regarding the same. I sent the below mail to customtakeoutercare@letsbuy.com but did not receive any responses from them :( The mail I sent :


Hello LetsBuy Team,


I have placed an order with order id 744451.[Samsung Galaxy R -- credit card payment] I was expecting the delivery in bangalore within 4 days of placing the order. When I enquire about the order by calling your customtakeouter care, I have been getting the same status from past 2 days - "Your order is ready to be shipped!" I can understand it may take some time if the items are out of stock etc. But the customtakeouter care representative has confirmed that the item is available with the bangalore warehouse. It has already been 4 working days, and I do not have any communication regarding why the order has not been delivered. Please deliver it as soon as possible and please update me with the current ACTUAL status. On repeated calls and follow ups with your customtakeouter care [since the website is not showing the order status], I was told yesterday that my order will be shipped by Wednesday evening and I will get the courier consignment number in my mailbox by 7:30PM Wednesday evening. I've been following up with the customtakeouter care support on a daily basis even though its a torture. The thing which irritates me most is that they NEVER tell you the actual status of your order. I do not call the customtakeouter care just to hear the lies that the order will be shipped by today or tomorrow or whatever. I can understand that sometimes they might not able to deliver within the promised time, they can tell me the reason why it is being delayed, the ACTUAL expected time of delivery and I can wait patiently without any problem. What I expect is the genuine status of my order. Is that so difficult to give? Yet again, today the customtakeouter care representative (Dinesh) has promised that I will be getting the order today. I wanted the consignment number of the courier agency, to which he told he doesnt has that as it will be delivered by the LetsBuy delivery guy himself. I insisted to give me the contact details of the delivery guy so I could plan and collect it myself. But he did not give me the number. He even turned down the request when I told him to send a written(mail) communication updating the status of my order!!! Lets see when do I get it! For all you guys, I'll update when exactly did I get it. I used to be a fan of LetsBuy bcoz of the attractive deals, and would still like to sugest them:: To The LetsBuy Team, Please work on the way you respond to customers!!! It will make a BIG difference to you.


UPDATE: LetsBuy team had promised they'd be delivering it today by 5:30 PM (and on follow up at 5:30, the time changed to 7PM) but the delivery guy didn't turn up. Had a talk with their representative DigVijay(he was really helping and gave further info on why it could not be delivered on time), who assured me that it would be delivered tomorrow morning. Tomorrow being a weekend and me giving the office address for shipping, I am not sure whether I should wait or not tomorrow. They couldn't give me the delivery boy's contact, or any contact of the Bangalore warehouse as of now, so DigVijay has promised me that tomorrow morning, one of the senior executives (Rajesh or Narendra or someone else) will personally call me to give the contact details so I can track my shipment. I just hope I get it tomorrow. Fingers crossed :)


Final Update(30th Dec 9PM) : DigVijay from letsbuy customer service is really very helpful! Got my phone delivered the same day. I still do trust letsbuy. Cheers!!! Apart from a couple of days delay and no proper communication, my phone got delivered in factory sealed condition.[The accessories they promised is still pending]. Overall, it was not a VERY good experience, but not that bad as other reviews on this page :)
