I purchased an LG Microwave oven from letsbuy at a very attractive price, although the delivery time is a bit long but the product was eventually delivered.
The Microwave was damaged and I lodged a complaint, they asked me to send pictures of the Microwave. Within 48 hours, it was picked up for replacement.
The Second Microwave I received was also damaged! However Letsbuy picked it up again after 4 days and promised to send me a placement.
The entire process was professionally handled.
At the end of it, I was not sure if the packaging was wrong or the courier company was careless - so I decided to pick up the Microwave from their warehouse. It was great because the customer service arranged for me to pick up the Microwave from their Warehouse directly.
All in all, except for the transit damage - a positive experience.
