I ordered a samsung galaxy ace phone and then afterwards saw the mouthshut.com reviews about letsbuy.com. At first regretted that why I didn't see the reviews before putting in the order. However, the solace for me was that despite most of the reviews of 255 entries being complaints, a lot of the old one had the stamp that the issue has been resolved or the company has contact the customer to resolve the issue.
Fortunately for me, I received the phone brand new and in good condition and through blue dart courier so the experience was good one and have to give full stars to letsbuy.com (as I can judge only based on my single experience). I also got the expected discount coupon worth rs.500 and the emi through icici bank cc is also getting deducted correctly. I will try the site some other time again.
One flipside is I doubt if the phone numbers to be reached for customer service is really round the clock as claimed in the site because I tried couple of days at 10:45 and 11:45 thinking I will get through easily as the traffic would be less. But never able to get through that easily. Reaching the customer service numbers is a bit of a tough task.
