I am highly disappointed and regret my decision of shopping with letsbuy; I have been calling them everyday to chase on my order status.


I bought dell XCD 35 from them and it was a faulty product (WIFI was not working) and as per their 45 days replacement policy they initiated a process of replacement. Customer Logistic person asked me to hand over the package to FedEX on 27th Dec. and I did the same.


I was told by Preeti Bisht (Customer Logistic) that my order will be reshipped as soon as it will be received by them at warehouse. As per the FedEx records the faulty product reached warehouse on 28th Dec, 11:30 AM; but still my replacement product did not get reshipped on 28th.


Next I called on 29th and had a word with Preeti Bisht and she promised me that she will get it reshipped by 4:00 PM on same day and will drop an email to me and will call me back but I did not hear anything back.


I called them back on 30th to know the status, but I have been told that product has not been shipped yet, I escalated this to supervisor (Sayani/Saloni not sure of her exact name) and she promised me that she will get this done on priority basis and will contact me back before 5:00 PM of the same day.


I waited till 5:00 PM but did not received any call from lestbuy; next I called customer support and he informed that Sayani/Saloni has left for the day and he will get me call back from another supervisor today itself as they were busy on other calls.


I waited till 8:45 PM and did not receive any call, so I dialed again and after long wait I got connected to customer support who asked me to hold the line to get my details and later disconnected the call. I tried to call them again but got message that it is closed as their cut off time is 9:00 PM.


Well unfortunately I had no option then waiting, so, I tried again on 31st January at 8:00 AM but number was unreachable till 9:30 (which is 1 hour 30 minutes after they should open) and I had to write to email to them.


I am very sure that I’ll not receive any feedback; but I am definitely going to raised this to right place and other internet forums.


So net net, letsbuy is not recommended; I made mistake of preferring letsbuy over flipkart to just save 200 bucks, but leaned a lesson and sharing with you guys how worst managed letsbuy is.
