The worst online shopping experience ever.


I have order Asus Laptop on 16-01-2012(order no # LSB-790369)(ticket ID: letsbuy.com #765).But it still in process.I Have sent more than 8 to 10 mails regards my order.till there is no response.


Initially I have order some mobiles before 6 months in that time, all went well.after that I have ordered some gadgets that also delivered within week.but past 2 months letsbus.com's service getting worse and worse.


In the other hand I also bought some gadgets in flipkart.com.there service were really good.they respond to my mail within 3 to 7 hours.and there response were great.now they also in Delhi like letsbuy.com.


They (flipkart.com) can deliver within 4 days, why can't letsbuy.com deliver in time. At least response or give the status.


There customer care is use less.they never respond. I think there is only one person presents in there customer care. So he(or) she can't handle all their mail.


Yes there product's were cheap compare to other store but there service also cheap.don't fall for that little different.


My Final thought is go for other Good Online Store.


UPDATE:


After a week they responded and my product were partially Dispatched(Free product pen drive wants to dispatch). but still I did not received my courier tracking number?


When ever they respond they always keep saying "sorry and such a thing cannot happen again and Your patience and understanding is highly appreciated in this matter. You are always a valued customer to us and we are looking forward to serve you better"


But they never understand our situation.and they want us to understand there situation. They are eating my precious time and I am highly stressed in this event.
