When I read that they got sold off and taken over by the guys who also own flipkart I assumed that the levle of the service would have improved.
Ordered a Kaspersky Internet Security 2012 on 9th Mar since my anti-virus was about to expire in a few days and wanted an update on a priority basis.
On 10th I received a mail that the product has been dispatched along with the tracking id for the ever reliable Aramex.
The Aramex status still shows that the product is still in Delhi on 13th Mar.
Horrible horrible website. Its sad that some people just cannot figure out when to shut shop and move on.
Maybe just maybe this is not the right business for you.
Have ordered 5 set of toys also from Letsbuy and the order was placed mid- February. Have received 2 toys so far and I have even stopped keeping track of the remaining three.
Online shopping.the next best thing in India
With websites like Letsbuy they might just completely kill traditional shopping.
