I purchased Canon A1200 camera on 26th Jan, 2012 from letsbuy.com(order no LSB-807864). letsbuy.com was showing that I will get free 4 GB card, camera case and battery charger along with camera. Since I was getting these free items, I purchased the camera from it even though I was getting cheaper deal on ebay.com. However, letsbuy did not deliver free items(camera case and battery charger) along with camera. Multiple follow ups with customer care(at least 7 calls) did not result in any fruitful action from letsbuy. Everytime I called up, they kept on saying free items will be dispatched in next 48 hours but it never happened. It's almost a month now and I am still waiting for these free items. I have now lost hope on this and stopped following with useless letsbuy.com customer care.


I have had good experience with multipel expensive products purchase like iMac and laptop cooling pad in past. But this unprofessional behavior of them has prompted me to move away from it and purchase all products from ebay.com where there is some monitoring authority in place to address your issues.


I suggest everyone not to buy anything from letsbuy.com as they simply indulge in unethical business practices and does not deliver items as promised.
