A very pathetic service by letsbuy.com, I had placed an order on 2nd of NOV for this watch with the id LSB566472, it was told it would be delivered in 5-7 working days, today that is 12-11-2011, when I called to LSB, my call was received by an agent named RAKESH, 1st of all teach him to interact with customers, when asked for the status he is just telling that it has been returned back as I was not there in the place, did they even call- No, I didn't even receive a mail of the shipping details, next time I called and unfortunately it was the same RAKESH, I directly asked to transfer to any supervisor but a lame reply telling that my SUP has gone for Break and we have no authorization to transfer the call to the SUP, this will be the last order of mine.
