HI All,
Last week on 16th Oct, 2011, I placed an order with Letsbuy.com. Order # LSB - 494727(Pre - Paid)
Order comprised of two products,
Cooler Master Notepal Thermal Master C1 Cooling Pad(Black)
Genius USB PC Joystick F-17 Joystick
2 days later, I received a partial shipment of the order. F-17 Joystick wasn't delivered. but in the Account details section of the website showed( still shows) that both the products were delivered. After two days, I tried calling up their Customer Care number and I was put on hold for 15mins before an agent answered my call. he told me that due to the shortage of the product the partial Shipment was made. and promised that second part of the order is being shipped as we speak.
A Compllaint number was raised CC111023895.
But till date I haven't received any confirmation mail on the shipment or regarding any action taken on the Complaint raised.
This was my third order from Letsbuy and I was a satisfied customer of their service till date.
but looking at all the concerns raised in Mouthshut.com, I'm really worried about the shipment now.
I'm not trying their CC number again, but its not getting connected.
I don't know what to do, and whom to contact.
