I placed order for an OTG on 19th March 2012 and paid the amount using my debit card. On the 6th day it was delivered and as I eagerly opened the pack all I could see was the OTG in two pieces with scratches and dents on the metal body! The glass door was separated from the rest of the piece. As a first time buyer, I immediately called up the customer care and they suggested me to send across the problem with images as an email to the customer care. According to them, they shall look in to the problem in 48 hours, justifiably.
Well, I waited till Tuesday evening, as I got the broken product on a Saturday and called up the customer care again. Where they explained me how 48 hours converts to 6 full working days and in turn 10 days including the weekends. The mathematics is like this: letsbuy works for 8 hours a day and so 48/8=6 days are what they take for getting back.
As a pro social media person, I knocked at all possible doors; complaining on Twitter and Facebook, but the management and customer care of letsbuy are sleeping(not sure if buying out of Flipkart would help them or would adversely affect Flipkart). There is a minimum responsibility of giving the customer a target date within which the problem will be resolved, but it's pure apathy from letsbuy.com.

Update 1: They have responded to my request and scheduled a pick up for tomorrow. Appreciate the response.
