GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE BUT POOR POLICIES & DELIVERY

I placed an order for digital camera, on 9th March 2012, (Olympus SP-810UZ Black Digital Camera


) After having burnt my fingers with timtara.com and tradus.com, I decided to place an order with the seller who is offering me CASH ON DELIVERY(my refund with timtara is pending since about 3 months)


letsbuy.com was offering COD so I ordered with them. They communicated very clearly and quickly and 14th March got the information that shipment is delayed.


On 15/03/2012, I got mail that order is shipped. On 16th when I tracked with ARAMEX courier, I found that shipment was returned to shipper for no reason. Upon contacting letsbuy.com, they promised me to look into the matter and to safeguard my self, I sent them mail for non delivery of goods on 18/03/2012


They revert me stating that courier has not delivered goods to me hence it is not their fault and as per policy of company, if any COD shipment is returned it is not sent back. Customer must make new order and then it is discretion of company to accept order from defaulting customer or not. When I objected stating that there is no fault of mine as tracking shows that goods has never reached or attempted to deliver. I have not refused to accept shipment, then how come they can say that I am defaulter, CC executive shown their inability to help me and sid its company policy and they cant help me.


So as a part of my policy, I blacklisted letsbuy, timtara and tradus from my approved suppliers.


It is very unfortunate that India ONLINE ecommerce companies are so irresponsible and they seems to be interested in scamming their investors. They are killing good concept of ONLINE SHOPPING.


Please keep away from them.
