" Experienced horrible service and your customer care is simply GOOD FOR NOTHING...i got the damaged/malfunctioned product and your customer care wants me to contact the product manufacturer. If I were to contact the manufacturer why the hell would I buy from you ???


Pathetic ever experience. Now I do not wish to get this product fixed or repaired but seeing this kind of experience with Letsbuy I want to return this product. Earlier one of my friend too got similar issues with you people and I am being a victim of the same.


Will never ever recommend Letsbuy to anyone.
