Lets Buy not refunding the money even after 2 week

I ordered a WD 1TB HDD on 11th October. Since they had an option to use EMI I went to that portal and filled in all my Credit Card Details but after entering the pin it redirected to LSB and said the transaction failed after paying the amount.But 4000Rs was debited from ma credit card.From that day till now am begging like anything to them just to refund the money. Those people not picking up the call and not responding to emails.


I even tried again to see whther the transaction failed bcos of my invalid cc details.To my shock again transaction failed and 3800Rs. got debited.They have a stupid payment gateway for EMI and that sucks.


After calling them daily the refunded  the amount for the 2nd order on 17th October.But the first order is not yet refunded which is of INR 4000


First order no was LSB-472238.


Second Order no was LSB-478064


Is there any way to call those guys and tell them to refund the money? Its around 2 weeks man.


And They didnt send me the promised Diwali Gift for ma Order no LSB-478171.Such a faith killers. If you cant keep up your words.Why to publish it in the WEB that u giving something which u cannot give.eBay is much much better.Atleast Customer Care.
