Hello everyone. I would like to share my experience with this company. I have been a member of this company since a year ago. I have experienced many things in a mean while of my job. This is located in mumbai and the head office is in USA. There wont be any job security. If they like your resume and the way of answering they may recruit. And if they got any other offers regarding the clients they undefinetly make you to resign. The salary is same as the other companies offer. But there will be much delay to get increased in the salary. They will increase based on the service you have made but not the work. There will be much pressure from the higher authorities. They just keep on pressure on the staff with out any doubt. The work environment is not that much good but its average. Every person gets easily stressed and pissed out by the environment and the pressure of CEO. They won't bother what will the employees. There is no chance to learn new things.
