I have hired Leo packers & movers to shift my belongings within same apartment(Just the floor change). Feedback is as follows:
Late reporting( 2 hours) no information at all
During mid of the shifting, office started calling for the additional sum stating that you have more Luggage. As per office these PPL should finish everything 2 BHK(Size: 1200 Sqft) material in 2 hours time. 02 AC & 01water filter were not part of their shifting as I have called expert technician to fix.
This was all explained to him in detail over phone and price was fixed. I just wonder how do they pack and unpack+ shift in such a short time(unless they are super man / human).
- In the end I was asked to empty all carton boxes immediately. Which in turn out to be 50INR per carton deposit and can be refunded on informing and picking them up from my residence.
I was surprised after 4 days of follow-up and they said, they cant take the cartons back and money can not be refunded.
I shown my displeasure to the agreement which was agreed in beginning. Now they have money with them and do not even bother to pick up.
This is such a unprofessional behavior and un-ethical behavior might lead to Low customer base in future and ruin their reputation as well.
Please be careful with them before you hire them for services.
