Dear All,
I recently relocated from Hyderabad to Bangalore and I am very much dissatisfied with this and I don't want other people to suffer just like me.
They sent quotation for 17k and finally they made me pay 22k. They said, the difference is due to insurance and other stuff. Believe me, they are thieves.
They insist you to pay the amount starting itself because without that payment, the process wont start. I tried to convince by paying half as advance and remaining after getting the luggage. Finally, I don't have other options but to pay.
I gave the luggage on Saturday, they promised that I'll receive it on Monday, but I got it on Thursday evening only. All those 4 days, nobody answered the phone, no reply to emails and that made me mad. In between I came to know the shocking news that, there are 6-7 packers with the name Leo packers in Hyderabad. I chose "Leo Movers India."
So I ended up in contacting the wrong Leo guys. They dont even have customer care. The concerned persons are Subhash Sharma and Shrikanth Sharma. Their office is located at Bowenapally, Secunderabad.(https://leomoversindia.com/)
I received my TV table and my bike in damaged condition and my helmet was missing. When I called them to intimate the same, they did not even respond for the call.
I got my goods fixed and paid 5000 extra for damage replacement and that is an extra burden. I am really not sure which packers and movers are good. But definitely not Leo Movers India.
NEVER EVER EVER opt for these people. They never respect the customer and that makes you get worried about your luggage.
