I bought a frame for worth 4000+, with lens and discount it cost me apprx 5500 from Bangalore.
Within 5 months the screw come out from the frame, and the customer care told it do not have any type of warranty.
They took some fevi quick and fix the glass and frame, which got damaged again within 2 months. When I went to the shop the owner of shop denied to replace or repair the same.
I have attached the image of the frame, and any one can blindly say that this is faulty frame .
After that I escalated in facebook and twitter, but the duffers in customer care told you should have talked to the shop keeper from whom you bought, he has left the shop, so we can not do anything.
After lot of discussion, they send me a coupen by which I can get 20% discount on the same cheap brand. I told them 20% coupen is readily available in google, what kind of servicing you are providing.
90% shop wont be having crizal glasses, as their intention is to earn money by selling low quality local products.
They simply waster my 2+ hours and 10+ mails, but the idiots never accept their fault, nor do anything.
Trust me they dont have any kind of warranty on the product and all the items are over priced and they dont have any kind of good brands in the shop.
They will tell you 1 year of warranty, if frame will get broken they will replace, but nothing is true . They will cheat you in broad day light.
I know after reading they will not do anything, still I am writing because every one should be aware of the way they are cheating.
