I have placed an order on Lenskart and after placing the order I got a minimum of 20 calls from the executives. All of them gave me different information.
The contact lens is not available you can take another lens for which you will have to pay more. I said to cancel the contact lens and give me other items.
All items are available even the contact lens we will process the order. You can take another kind of glasses which will cost you the same you just have to cancel this order and place it again and make the payment. Dude I have placed an order you are asking me to change the glass type if the pricing is the same just do it from your system why are you asking a customer to reorder and make the payment again.
Mam, the Contact lenses are not available, would like to change the order or the brand. Different people are calling me and giving me different information and then finally my contact lens order was canceled.
Horrible experience, after these calls, when I got a message that one of my orders is shipped, I got a call from an executive who is apparently calling me to confirm my power. CLAP! CLAP! CLAP! I got a message that my order is shipped and now you are confirming my power? how?
Guys, I use to order all my glasses from Lenskart because the service was good and quick. This time my experience was pathetic and on top of that your pricing has gone by skyrocketed and the service has gone worst. Please don't call a customer 100 times in a day for an order. We place an order online so that it is hassle-free not to get 100 calls from you.
Also if a product is unavailable please please make it out of stock in the website, it shows available and when we place an order you guys say that the product is unavailable.
