I recently purchased a pair of glasses from one of the Lenskart offline store located in New C.G. Road- Ahmedabad
Let me brief you about each section for the review.
Customer Service: This was quiet good since there was a dedicated lady who assisted me with all my options and provided all the info. needed for my queries. However they had limited products for the display as compared to site.
Product Quality: Product received by me is of good quality which is as expected since I purchased Lee Cooper brand specs.
Delivery Timeliness: Now this was a bummer! since they told me they will provide within 1 week but even after 1 week there was no info. from them so I called and on inquiry got to know that the product is not arrived. Then after each day I use to call and follow up and the same answer then after 1 week they told me the product failed and quality test and that it has to go the complete process of making it again. And then after approx. 21 days I received my final product.
App & Website: Their website is good with the feature of taking your pic and trying new specs to help you guide how they suit on you is simply great.
Reliability: I am repeat customer of Lenskart which proves their Rel
