This is Ridiculous! You Can't Get a pair of glasses ready in 12 days and you feel proud to be No 1 in the market. I have Ordered a pair of glasses on 12th Nov 2017 from your Sector-6 Dwarka outlet. My parents(Senior Citizen) are traveling abroad tomorrow i.e. 25th Nov 2017 and your store manager assured delivery by 20th Nov 2017 before the standard delivery timeline of 12Days for Bifocal Lens. Since 20th Nov until today every single day, my parents are visiting your outlet and they say tomorrow it will be delivered or if not possible we will deliver it to a foreign country. I mean are you serious? You can't deliver in Delhi from your factory in Delhi within 12 days and you say delivery to a foreign land. Now, today when I called your customer care they said we will try our best but not sure if this can be done. I mean do you guys have any sense of urgency? I don't your refund or anything I just want my package to be delivered by tomorrow at any cost or unfortunately I need to go to consumer court after my return to India. OrderNo: 1213136594
