In most of the times their customer service number is busy and not sure when they will be connected. I ordered the products on 2nd July 2015 but still waiting for the delivery.
Their delivery partner says that it would reach on 11th July. So it is taking almost 9 day.
Not satisfied at all the way they handled this order. I would say I would not choose Lensekart again for shopping any product.
I have customer service in some of the cases good.
