I feel this review is:
I ordered two spectacles from Lenskart store in Andheri, Mumbai. While ordering they clearly mention that I will get recieve my order within 7 days but I received my order in 15 days. The product I received was not the order that I ordered at the store. They sent me a different product. Then they said they will send same frame to their Head office for replacement and I paid my entire amount and this time after 10 days they said your order is lost by courier company and again I will have to place the order. I got frustrated this time and I ask the lenskart representative to refund my money. He said give us 2 days and he will talk with superior authorities(this happened on 18th of November 2016) however they have not replied me yet. I call them and ask them that I want to meet your Manager or any Senior Executive but he directly refuse and said that its not in their company policy. I am really frustrated now as they have taken my money and not sent me the exact product yet. They are so unprofessional that they are not even resolving my query from so many days. What kind of company is this?
