I am bound to write this review after struggling for past 20 days with lenskart, firstly they tested my mother's eye sight and it turned out to be wrong when we checked it outside later, on top of that when we are trying to return the specs no one is ready to pick the parcel, all they say repeatedly that we will pick your parcel in 24 hrs, this circus is being played from past 5 days. Before that we wasted 15 days to track the order and finally get a wrong one. I am helpless here my amount of 4500 is pending with lenskart. This is not happening 1st time with me. Pls don't ever order from here, they do not have trained staff.
