Order ID 1203151923 - This is really a cheating website who promises for one year warranty and don't honor if there is any problem with the product.
Other complaints are they sell you defective products on COD and don't return your money and you are bound to buy from them.
Third is no insurance during transit and if your product is lost they don't refund your money for months. So its a typical Delhi wala websites - full of false promises and cheats their customers very easily. Stay away and go to nearby Optics Shop to avoid getting trapped in their trap. My specs have minor scratches - they said we wont honor any repair or replacement because scratches happens due to mis handling. If it is known to me then why would I spend additional money on scratch proof coating for which they charge additional which probably not done and hence there are scratches in a period of four months.
