I have been trying for my refund for last 5 days. I have been contacting them both live chat and twitter, but they are not initiating the refund from their side. Just regularly they are giving me excuses and waiting for more 24 hours. I am done with lenskart.
Their live ch at executives are so rude, they leave chat without resolving the problem, they just keep on asking Is there anything else they can help and then leave the chat abruptly.I will never transact with them again.
