There is nothing that I cannot like about Lenskart. I ordered my first frame from them very recently. I got a great frame for free.
I started with an eye check up at home at Rs. 50 and they helped me select a frame. However, after the frame was delivered, I had fitment issue & they readily took it back within 5 days of using it.
After that I had placed an order for home trial. After the home trail order, I was still quite unsure and visited their near by store to try out the frames. After trying lots of frames, I finally settled for one that is absolutely great. It fits me so perfectly and doesn't slip down my nose at all. It was a free frame and got a very good glass lens at great price.
They also gave out gift vouchers of Rs. 1200 this july and I happily placed an order for my mother with it. Their service is great, we can chat with their customer support online and they are very patient with us. The only disappointment was their staff at the store, who were rude and impatient. When I was trying glasses, he got impatient and also spoke rudely. But Lenskart is such an amazing store for glasses that I will readily bear with the rude behavior of one staff. I would recommend lenskart to all.
They have also started 3D mapping for selected glasses on their website. I just love that about them. Their website is well designed & very user friendly.
