Extremely bad service by Lenskart

First of all their refund service sucks big time.I bought a specs and since it was not proper size I had returned it. They took almost 1 month to refund the money I paid after they received the sent back item.


Its not because of any issues on the product that was send back but because of the lazy attitude of the employees working there. They confirmed the refund was approved, but due to some internal restrictions they are not able to send the cheque. Extremely bad.


Every time you call them or chat online with their representative, they say the same dialogue, we will send it at the earliest possible.Its just a false promise made by them, I followed up with them almost 6 times and still they did not dispatch the refund cheque.


Secondly the products they sell, are very cheap in quality.The frames are made of cheap plastic and the coating will surely come of in a few weeks.


Apart from this their customer care online chat service gets timed out every 2-3 minutes and again the whole thing needs to be explained to the next person the customer connects to.Very frustrating. Never ever order from lenskart.


After these experiences I feel its much easier and better to go to a local optical store in your town and buy it without any of these hassles.

Second review for Lenskart -


A friend of mine ordered specs from lenskart and its been 19 days today but the product is still not delivered. The only thing customer care tells each and every time is sorry it will reach you in 48 hrs.After 48 hrs you contact them and again they say please wait for another 48 hrs.This has been going on and on for the past 19 days. Everytime the customer feels like he is talking to a dumb person who keeps repeating the same thing again and again.The only thing they can say is sorry for the delay.


They do not speed up the delivery neither do they give any compensation or workaround for it. Very bad service by lenskart.


Frankly I have nothing personal against lenskart but seeing the way their business is done, I can firmly say they are unprofessional and do not have any value for customers.
