Even after one week is over Lensekart picked up fault specs but they are unable to provide me corrected Product. When I called their customercare but got answer that same product is not available if you want to book please select another product and pay balanced amount to deliver product.
It is very ridiculous service from lensekart. Request you not to choose any item from lensekart even after giving promotional marketing strategy and offers.

Dear Friends,
I am facing lots of issue with Lensekart.com. Online eyeware mega store. They are making fools to people. Even-though proving premium cost they are not fulfilling our needs. Their process are very stringent and only make painful to their customers.

No customer support
Lack of understanding of product
Every process made is painful to customer only
No quality checkup before dispatch product
Suggest you not to go ahead with these store any more.
