I recently bought 2x Ciba vision air optix aqua(6 lenses/box).
On wearing them, my wife could feel a slight stinging sensation and her eyes were turning Red. She had to take them off within two-three hours as the pain became unbearable.
At first she thought that that particular pair might be bad, so, tried another pair - even they were irritating and caused redness.
I emailed the Lenskart team about this and they made it possible for me to return it.
Afterwards I got a call from a representative saying that a refund has been issued for the 4 unused pair but in the form of store credit. I requested him to refund the amount to my bank account as the only thing I wanted to order were the Lenses and if they are of poor quality there is no point in ordering them again, but, the representative was rude and adamant. He said that the return policy doesn't allow it.
Does it allow you guys to provide bad quality products that are damaging to our body and then charge us for them?
You already charged us for the used lenses then why do you still need to keep our money with you guys? This feels like Lenskart thugged me.
I am ok with charging us for the 2 used lens but I want refund for my amount into my bank account.
If this is the kind of products and services you provide - I will never be recommending my friends and family to you guys.
