Negative rating - MS does not allow to rate below 3. Not allowing me to dislike either.
Took the family to change 4 pairs of glasses. Bad experience. Had to redo 2 pairs . Staff took very long. Promised to deliver home after many visits. Lied. Did not deliver. Could not find my glasses. Had to send a long time at the showroom while incompetent staff searched, called colleagues to find the glasses. Eventually I went for a simple single power glass even though I paid for bifocal, which was badly messed up. Very unsatisfied. Would reccomend to stay away from this branch
