I had purchased 2 mobile phones of this model & brand one after the other. The major manufacturing defect of this device looked to be that of the recording mic. Every time I recorded anything on whatsapp voice, the surrounding sound used to get recorded and in an amplified form.
This meant that whatever I recorded, I had to really speak out loud to get my message across. At first I felt it may be a defect in that particular phone due to which I returned it and got another phone of the same model for which the online website did not charge me anything extra. To my surprise, the phone I received for the second time had no changes it it, thus proving that it was a manufacturing defect. I am happy that the online website returned all of my money without much delay.
