I bought this phone on 20 aug 2016. I was very excited to book the product from Amazon as it was an exclusive product. Also, Redme 3s wasn't launched at that time. It's easy to use, but in the built 2 gb ram isn't great , it hangs a lot of time as I am using it more. Initially, in the first 15 days, it was not hanging. Camera quality is good as per budget of 7k. Sound reception is fine and sound clarity is awesome. Battery is under 3000 mah, which tells the story itself , it usually takes 2 hrs to fully charged. No headphones or back cover are provided with the phone. If u have installed another home launcher like Yahoo's Aviate or some other launchers, u will have to press home button every time to set default launcher. It also has a DoLby feature installed , which provides great sound. WiFi connectivity is good, connects in time. System updates takes one hour long every time, a new update is available. It is otg compatible. It has a torch and a screenshot icon on the top screen which makes it awesome to use . It supports dual sim, both Gsm, one is 4g , second supports 2g network. The battery is removable. It doesn't have a hybrid slot like redme 3s, it has a dedicated separate micro SD card slot that supports a 32 gb card easily. It has an internal memory of 16 gb, from which 5 gb is system reserved and 11 gb is available to the user. Gold colour is the best for this phone, gives a classy look, but the back cover is made up of plastic not metal one. Apps can be moved easily without any hassle into the memory card. Front camera and rear camera are good, but not great as a Moto or redme phone. Also , it's accessories are not easily available in the market. I have to go through various websites to buy a back cover in august. Options are limited in the phones under 10k . U can use this phone, but within 8 to 9 months, u will get definitely bored using this phone. I suggest to buy redme 3s prime or phones which have at least 3gb ram or internal 32 gb Rom. It's better than cool pad phone, but the battery performance is so AVG, if you play games or movies , it won't run a full one day either. So, don't buy it, invest in 2 or 3 k more, and buy leco or redme phones. Hope, I have helped u guys. Overall rating 2.5 out of 5. Average product.
