My friend was searching for a large display phone and was very confusing when he saw Redmi note 3 ad, Letv phone & Honor 5x. So he asked me. After comparing all the phones, I suddenly checked the specification of lenovo K4 Note which is almost the better option than any other phones. Here are few of the Advantages of K4 note over other phones:
Display: Yes Redmi note 3 give the best clarity, but it doesn't carry any protection. Letv & K4 note gives Gorilla glass. So for accidental reasons, Specially with these huge phones, Display protection is must & you can get it in K4 note.
Brand: We can easily trust on the big name of Lenovo as compare to any other brands.
Memory card support: Lenovo k4 note gives dual sim as well as memory card support. you will not get it in letv and in Redmi, you will get hybrid support, means, Memory or sim2 option
Battery: After Redmi, K4 note carries the biggest battery life.

there may be other differences but my primery cause to choose k4 note was Gorilla glass and dual sim support. Great Phone.
