Lenovo vibe k4 note launched in feb 2016 with the highlights being dolby atmos on the dual front firing speaker. After using it for 3 months these are my thoughts about the K4 note.
The phone has good build quality besides being made of all plastic where in 2016 even phones in budget range are also opting for metal. The phone feels solid in hand I have no complaints about the build quality.
The phone has a 5.5 inch 1080p display which is above average and has great viewing angles and can go very bright for outdoor usage. I realy enjoyed watching media on this display because it provides very good experience.
The phone runs on 1.3 Ghz mediatech MT6753 processor which is the biggest disappointing factor of this phone considering the price. This is an old chipset used in old budget handsets and it reflects in performance despite of having 3GB of ram. Only casual gaming is possible in this phone and this phone is not at all for those who play high end games.
The phone has a 13MP rear camera with dual led flash and 5MP front camera and both can record videos in 1080p.
The photos taken looks ok but nothing special. I did not like the camera that much because I expected a lot.
The phone has a 3300 mah battery without any fast charging. The battery takes more than 2 hours to charge but lasts a full day. I did not face any battery life issue.
Some of the highlighting feature of this phone is the theater mode which can split the the phone's screen to use in a VR headset. The dolby atmos speakers are also very good and I feel this is a very good phone for media lovers but not for performance lovers.
