My brother use this mobile this is not usefull mobile.
please don't buy this product, the reason for not buying the product is pathetic service quality of lenovo.they provide at the service center.i will explain to you in detail I purchased the phone on 31 jan 2016 so it ran quite good for 2 month but after that I was facing some charging issue so I went to the lenovo service center on 7/4/2016 they said their is some problem in mother board so we need to replace it and need to deposit phone for 10 days, now after 15 days when I am asking about the phone they are saying that motherboard is not available at the company so please communicate with them, so now when you dial their service center number they said they are not responsible for the service provided at the service center and if you ask any alternate number they have no idea of such kind of number so in short you don't have any idea where to go if you have any hardware problem.now in case you go to their website you will find an email.address services_ ed@lenovo.com but when you try to reach they will replay to stay calm and thank you for believing in lenovo customer service.they will not inform you any thing about your product or any thing like that.my new phone is with them for more than 24 days and they don't have part so now how many more days I have to keep with them I don't know so if you don't want to suffer like that please don't buy lenovo k4 note.
