Lenovo has come up with its new phone Vibe K4 Note which is successor of K3 Note. But Lenovo has kept it in Vibe category. The phone is decent one to buy. Lenovo is selling this phone with a VR bundle which they call as TheatreMax. its a virtual reality gadget. when you put the phone into this VR gadget, you can feel a big virtual screen around you. its a first move taken by lenovo and I appreciate it.
The hardware specification consists:
- octa core MediaTek MT6753 which ticks at 1.3GHz - this is not a good processor. this is the lower version of even the processor which was used in K3 Note. Lenovo could have gone with a better choice of processor. this is the main cons I can think of in this phone. because of low capability of this processor one can not play high end games on this phone. there will be frame losses and hangs when you play games on this phone 2. 3 GB RAM 3. 16 GB internal storage - but it also comes up with microSD card slot expandable upto 128 GB 4. 5.5 inch full HD display(1920X1080) i.e. 403 PPI 5. super fast finger print scanner - impossible to get at this price range. and the company claims it to be one of the fastest finger print scaners 6. 13 MP rear camera with face detection auto focus. and 5MP front facing camera. - rear camera takes good photos in day light conditions and also has many filters and different modes such as video, panaroma etc. It is also capable of shooting 1080p videos and slow motion videos. 7. Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth, GPRS, Email, Google Maps 8. 4G enabled with dual sim support 9. running Lenovo custom UI on top of Android 5.1 lollipop 10. 3500mAh battery which can last for one day easily with normal usage.
so, with these many great things at this price point, plus they are giving the VR gadget first to introduce in its class. as other VR gadgets like the one launched by Facebook and microsoft are very costly. But lenovo is givivng VR gadget at this price, so I appreciate the company's move.
according to me, except processor everything else in tis phone is good. its a good value to money. and one can buy it for daily usage if one is not a gamer.:(
