Bought it approximately 6 months ago. flawless so far. touch is fine. sound quality is very good. never got any trouble like hanging or discharging or any kind of slowing. style & design is just awesome. looks very decent. camera quality is not up to the mark. it is absolutely value for money. kids often feel very happy to play games in this phab. screen resolution is very good, so watching any videos is really enjoyable. never notice any kind of pixilation. holding grip is also very good, it never fall of from the hands. I don't know about servicing, because till now I didn't get any problem with the phab, so I never go to service center. but once I went for moto g4 charger replacement, and they replaced it without asking any kind of questions. so I think even the servicing is good.
